Bautista-Agut Tennis Racquet

by Jonas Eriksson

Spaniard Roberto Bautista-Agut is one of the ATP Tour’s most solid ball strikers with his rather flat, varied yet dependable play. At the time of writing he has just beaten compatriot David Ferrer in the third round of the 2017 Australian Open.

Bautista-Agut endorses the Wilson Pro Staff 97 but what is under the paint, like so many other players, like Dan Evans, Philipp Kohlschreiber or Juan-Martin Del Potro, is a Wilson Six-One 95.

Thanks to ProStringing for the pic of Bautista-Agut’s racquet.

Bautista-Agut strings his Wilson Six-One 95 with Luxilon 4G string around 22 kg.

Did you capture the length of Bautista Agut’s frame? Wondering if it’s extended.

Hi,
No, it should be standard length. Cheers / J

I highly doubt his racquet weights 345gr strung. Have you seen the amount of power he gets from those flat forehands? I was guessing more in the 360gr range. Anyone else can confirm this?

A.I., note the XL size. His swing weight is probably up in the 350s with that racquet, comparing with Kohlschreiber’s, which also weighs less than 355g strung.
