It is an exciting day in Cincy today. We have the following American tennis action to look forward to:
Isner vs Nalbandian. Nalbandian is back and playing great, the question for him is if he can handle the great Isner’s serve? Isner looked pretty confident himself winning his first match under the hour 6-2 6-3. This match should go the distance and be pretty entertaining to watch. Isner should probably look at attacking as much as possible as he wouldn’t get much out of staying back against the Argentine. If he can serve and attack well the match should be his. You get around 2.6-2.7 times your money on Isner. That is great odds for you who are into tennis betting.
Fish vs Verdasco. Verdasco has been struggling ever since he changed his racket. He seems to lose matches you never thought he would lose. He gets a big lead, plays fantastically, just to fall apart completely as soon as the opposition starts to fight back.
Fish is on the other hand in the form of his life. That is why he should win here. It might take three sets, but I believe in Fish.
Roddick vs De Bakker. Roddick has just fought off a mild mono and got through a tight first round match. I think he is not really hundred percent well and that is why young Dutchman De Bakker has a great chance here to score an upset.
Ferrer vs Querrey. Ferrer has a great set of wheels and never runs out of gas, but I think he will have other speed problems here against hard-serving Querrey – the speed of Querrey’s shots. Querrey in three sets.
Davydenko vs Ginepri. Davydenko seems to have a hard time finding any kind of form. Ginepri is definitely not solid either, but he would want this win more, playing at home and preparing for the US Open. Good chance of the upset here.
