Mental Tennis

How strong is your mental tennis game?

How strong is your mental tennis game? If I had asked myself that question a year ago, I would have rated myself 3/10. But that has changed.

How strong is your mental tennis game?

How would you rate your mental tennis game? I am maybe at a six now, or at least a five on a scale of 1-10. I have seen some improvement over the last year, partly thanks to my work with Mental Tennis, featured in the video below. I have worked on playing well in key moments and trying to be more stable in terms of consistency overall.

I can’t say my stressed and over-aggressive play is completely gone, but I have managed it better and tried to play with more patience in my matches. It has not been an easy journey, but I am happy to have seen some improvement.

Besides working with mental tennis, I have also tried the app Apeak, which is an interesting resource for players who want to work on visualization and purpose when playing tennis.

Is this something you feel like you want to work on? If you’re curious about Mental Tennis, use the code TENNISNERD10 at the bottom of their official website to get 10% off their training programs.

How would you rate your mental tennis game now?
