My friends at Members Tennis Fitness have created a Tennis Fitness Program for home-usage. This is very timely and something I will start doing.
Many of us can’t access tennis courts or gyms at the moment and staying in shape has become more of a challenge. I go for a lot of walks, but I also want something that keeps the muscles moving since I don’t have a home gym or lots of equipment. Luckily, my friends at Members Tennis Fitness have created a tennis program for home-usage that I will start working with straight away.
They call it the Total Tennis Home Workout and include 9 workouts that are easy to follow, are designed for home and require minimal equipment. You can do 1-7 sessions per week, one session is between 20-40 minutes and this works for any player aged 10 or above. You can access the program on your phone, laptop, desktop or tablet.
Check out the program here. (Any purchase sends a small commission to Tennisnerd).
Total Tennis Home Workout
This is what they write about the program in the Member Tennis Fitness website:
This program is a COMBINATION OF SOME OF OUR BEST EXERCISES and workouts from other programs we have created. We wanted to make it affordable for everyone, so rather than re-filming, we have handpicked exercises that you can do when and where you want, using a small area.
I have enjoyed the other Members Fitness programs I have tried, so I hope I will like this one too. I desperately need to start, because when you are used to playing tennis 4-5 times a week and suddenly you are stuck at home or in your office – it takes a toll on you mentally and physically. I find that exercise is as vital to stay in your mind as it is for your body.
So I am going to get going with the program and stop eating so many baked goods! :)
Let me know how you get on! Do you have any tips for staying in shape during this trying time?
