Training Kit V2
Everyone who played tennis for some time knows how important the warm-up and general fitness is, not only to improve the game but also to stay injury free as much as possible.
This kit comes with basically everything you need for your training in order to build speed and strength, prevent injury and increase your endurance. With all included in a small bag, it’s easy to bring to the court or to keep up your fitness while traveling.

The various types of resistance bands will help with your strength and flexibility, both when it comes to lower body and upper-body training and the stretch bands will improve mobility and recovery. This jump rope included, is great for building endurance, and of course to improve your coordination. The cones are mostly used when doing footwork training to improving court movement while the rebound/reaction ball will help your agility and reaction time.
