Pablo Cuevas has a complete game that is happiest on a clay court. Actually all his five ATP World Tour titles has been won on a clay court and two of them in Sao Paolo. Today he has the chance to win the third Sao Paolo title in a row, playing Albert Ramos (who is a Babolat Pure Drive

If you like to see classical technique, good hands and a really great one-handed backhand – look no further than Pablo Cuevas. His biggest issue is that, since he’s using long and loopy swings, he will have a hard time on faster courts and his results are a clear illustration of that. He has said that he wants to make a push towards top ten (he’s currently ranked 33 in the world), but then he needs to work on more explosive power and be able to finish points off easier.
