Francisco Comesana’s racquet is a HEAD Radical MP, but we are unsure which older version of the Radical it is. It could be a TGT 307 (Graphene) or a TGT 351 (Graphene 360+). The strings could be HEAD Hawk Touch or black Hawk as an example. Bio and Career

Francisco Comesaña was born on October 6th, 2000, in Mar del Plata, Argentina and he was introduces to tennis at the age of seven.

Of Galician descent, he began early training at Edison Lawn Tennis, owned by Horacio Zeballos’ family. Comesaña turned pro in 2017, later training under Facundo Argüello in Córdoba and Sebastián Gutiérrez in Buenos Aires.

2024 was the year that Comesana broke into the world’s Top 100. His breakout came at 2024 Wimbledon, ranked number 122, where he stunned then world no 6 Andrey Rublev in a 3-1 win for his first ATP-level victory, first major win, and first top 10 victory, reaching the third round. This was also his first Grand Slam event.

At the US Open later that year, he upset no 17 Ugo Humbert to again reach the third round.

In 2025 he made his first ATP quarterfinal at the Rio Open, defeating no 2 ranked Alexander Zverev 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, his biggest career win so far.

Francisco Comesaña reached a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 61 on April 7, 2025, and No. 257 in doubles on May 8, 2023. On the Challenger tour he claimed 7 singles titles and 2 doubles titles between 2022 and 2024.
