Everyone wants a chance to play a sport with no or minimal injuries. And tennis is the right sport. This is because there is no contact, unlike other games. However, it is crucial to note that this does not mean that tennis has no injuries. Overuse results in some injuries, but with the right exercises, they can be minimised.

6. Tennis can be played forever.
From children to people who are 100 years, tennis is for all ages. It has been proven that children as early as three years can start to play, but with the supervision of course.

Activities like swimming and cycling would be good cross-training workouts for tennis as they are low-impact for the foot.

Basically agree all as a tennis lover myself. However, I think when one develop certain skill and play competitive tennis, it’s actually quite easy to get injured if other than tennis, no workout at all. Usual area is elbow, knee, low back, shoulder, etc………. I guess almost all tennis player suffer from 1 or 2 or all………
