About the Dallas Open
The Dallas Open was established to take the place of the New York Open which had been a popular event, but the decision was made to move the tournament to Dallas, Texas. This shift was part of a broader strategy to spread high-level tennis events across different parts of the United States.
The event takes place at the Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex (image below) on the campus of Southern Methodist University. There will be 20 hours of live domestic tv and international distribution to around 100 countries.
This year will be the last year the Dallas Open will be an ATP 250 level tournament. Along with Munich and Doha, the Dallas Open will be upgraded to an ATP 500 tournament.

Dallas Open Betting Tips
Before placing your bets on the Dallas Open, consider these things.
- Consider the draw: The draw is a crucial aspect of betting on the Dallas Open. Pay close attention to which players are seeded where and who they could potentially face in the later rounds. This can give you an idea of which players are more likely to go deep into the tournament and which ones may be more vulnerable early on.
- Factor in the surface: The Dallas Open is played on an indoor hard court. This surface favors players with good serves and strong baseline game.
- Look for value bets: Value bets are bets that offer good odds relative to the likelihood of a particular outcome occurring. This means that you are getting a better return on your investment for the risk you are taking.
- Consider betting on the favorites in the early rounds: The favorites are more likely to win their matches in the early rounds, so you can often get good odds on them.
- Look for upsets in the later rounds: The later rounds of the tournament are where the upsets are more likely to happen. This is because the players are more evenly matched and the stakes are higher. If you are looking for value bets, this is the time to look for them.
