Tommy Paul is one of the top ranked Americans, at the moment beaten only by Taylor Fritz, but most likely the best one on clay courts. Let’s look at a full profile for Paul, and also… What is Tommy Pauls’ racquet?

Tommy Paul’s Tennis Racquet

Tommy Paul was a Wilson Blade 98 user for many years, but last year he moved over to a more powerful and spin-friendly racquet in the Yonex VCORE 98. Considering that it is most likely heavier than the stock one, the closest you can get is probably the Yonex VCORE 98 Tour, which we have reviewed very favorably on here and the YouTube channel.

Tommy Paul’s tennis racquet is strung with Luxilon Alu Power in the mains and natural gut in the crossesโ€”a popular hybrid string setup on the professional tennis circuit. If you want to find the optimal hybrid string setup for your game, check out the Toroline Omakase program, which can generate a custom hybrid for you.
