The Tecnifibre TF40 2022 is here. Three models, two in 16×19 and one in 18×20 string pattern. Is it as good as the original?
The original Tecnifibre TF40 was a gem of a racquet. Nice feel, control, but still with a balanced power potential. A truly modern control racquet. Legendary play-tester Chris Edwards made it his racquet of choice, which is a good sign of its excellent. The Tecnifibre TF40 2022 comes in three different versions, one 18×20 305g, one 16×19 305g and one 16×19 315g.
TF40 2022 specs
Technologies included according to Tennis Warehouse (available for pre-order there) a stable RS Sharp beam along with Dynacore XTC for extra touch, dwell time and pocketing. This racquet also has Foam Inside for a more solid feel at impact.

Review to come
I will hopefully get my review sample of the Tecnifibre TF40 2022 soon. If you have already hit it, how does it play and how would you compare it to the predecessor?
If you want to make a bargain, the old one is still for sale at Tennis Warehouse Europe for a very good price.

You had high praise for the original TF40 you tested, what stopped you from making the switch to it?
